How does VAT work for my purchase?
All prices listed on this page are net prices (excluding VAT). VAT is added to the final order amount at the rate applicable in the buyer's country — for example, 23% for entities based in Poland. EU business customers with a valid EU VAT ID may qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism, in which case VAT is not added to the invoice and must be accounted for by the buyer.
How is pricing calculated and billed?
All plans are billed in EUR. The Free plan is permanently free with no time limit. The Pro plan is 49.99 EUR net per month and is charged automatically at the start of each billing period via Stripe. The Enterprise plan starts from 599 EUR net per employee per month — contact sales for a tailored quote. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens when I reach my monthly limits?
If you reach your monthly limits for eligibility reports or applications, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait until the next billing cycle. Enterprise users have unlimited access.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 6-day free trial with full access to all features of that plan. We ask for a card when you start the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the subscription starts automatically on day 7. The Free plan needs no card at all.
